Identify the stages of burnout and how to recognize them in yourself

How to cope with different stages of burnout so that it has minimal impact on your job

How to access support and lessen the internal stigma/shame/guilt that goes along with it.

 

Session Description:

There will be an overview of some statistics on burnout, exactly what causes most employees to burnout. The stages and symptoms (both commonly recognized and commonly ignored), and some strategies for mitigating the effects of burnout on yourself, your family life, and your work life. There will also be universal ways to ask for support without the guilt and shame that goes along with it. And finally, how leadership can go about supporting employees who they suspect are burnt out without the employee feeling judged.
